The Booking Form is a Contract, when you complete and “Send” it this will create a booking that is entered into my diary confirming the time slot. Therefore all cancellations are damaging and cancellations within 31days of your party will incur a cancellation fee. If you know the date, time but still not sure of the venue please enter TBC (to be confirmed)
All Venues MUST have free on site parking or guaranteed parking at the entrance. DO NOT enter false information on the Contract.
Step 1. Check my availability via Text, Whatsapp, Email, Social Media, include your area, date and time to ensure a reply.
Step 2. Once confirmed that your date is available, fill in the Contract below to confirm all the details for your booking. Magic Stu will then email/text a booking confirmation.
Step 3. When you receive your email/text booking confirmation a link to pay the £50.00 deposit/booking fee will also be sent via text, deposits must be received within 24hrs to avoid cancellation of your booking, once cancelled you cannot re-book. Confirmations are sent within 12hrs depending on what time the Form is sent, but normally sent within the hour. Dont forget: No Deposit-No Booking.
