*How do I book Magic Stu?
Contact Magic Stu via EMAIL, TEXT or TELEPHONE to check your date (visit the Contact page) …….AND DONT FORGET TO MENTION WHERE YOU ARE!……….If Magic Stu is available, please go to the Book Now page and fill out the BOOKING FORM you will receive a confirmation.
*Do you require a deposit?
Yes, Once I receive your Booking Form I will then send a link…via text… to pay the £50.00 deposit.
*My venue doesn’t have a carpark or guaranteed parking at the entrance, is this a problem?
Yes, I have heavy equipment and I need regular access to my vehicle and due to my busy schedule I won’t have time to run back and forth Im afraid, I am strict about this so that my schedule can run smoothly even if you “offer to help” this rarely happens, Im happy to share your details with entertainers who don’t carry much equipment.
*When is the balance due?
There are 2 choices, you can pay the balance anytime upto 7days before the party via bank transfer (bank details are sent with your booking confirmation) or cash on the day of the party, strictly on arrival.
*Will you hold a date?
Yes I can, I can only hold a date for a maximum of 24hrs….on request, however I can extend this if you let me know.
*I haven’t booked a venue yet, can I still book you?
Yes, and you are doing the correct thing by securing the entertainer first as there are many venues to choose from in most areas, in fact the venue can be advised anytime so long as its in the same town or city. Please Note: I will need free on-site/close-proximity street parking – NO PUBLIC CARPARKS as spaces cannot be guaranteed to be available or close to the entrance.
*Can you perform your show at our school?
Yes, I perform at loads of schools every year all year round.
*How many children can you entertain?
Please request a quote. My popular Packages are on the Packages Page and ideal for upto 150 x children for Package1 and upto 50 x children for Package’s 2 & 3 as the standard games are designed for a maximum number of children, however I can ‘bespoke’ my shows for any event, please message me for any other enquiries Contact Stu I will require: Date, Approximate Time, Area and Approximate amount of guests.
*Will your show fit into my home?
Yes, I perform at many house parties
*Can you perform your show for our school?
Yes, I perform at many school shows every year.
*What age range do you entertain ?
All ages, but for Birthday Parties the Package I offer are for ages 4yo-9yo as the audience will be mostly made up of the age of the Birthday child(ren). For example if you book a show for a 4 year old birthday party some of the children will be 3 which is fine.
*I have booked a Games Package with the Magic Show, do I need to supply the prizes?
No need, Magic Stu provides all prizes needed for his games including parcels for pass the parcel etc
*How far will you travel?
Magic Stu covers every town and village within the CF postcodes and most NP postcodes Newport, Cwmbran, Ebbw Vale etc, not further than Jtn24 M4 (eastbound) For other areas please contact Magic Stu for a cost.
*Are you CRB checked?
Yes, but its now called a DBS, I can email a copy my Enhanced DBS if required, I am also on the Enhanced DBS update service.
*The event is outside, will this be ok?
My indoor show may not be suitable if there is a strong breeze outside as props may get blown over, however if its a sunny day with no breeze I will be happy to do the show outside….I will assess this on arrival but plan for an indoor set up.
*Will the Birthday child(ren) be picked as a helper?
Definitely, your child(ren) will be the centre of attention from the beginning.
*Do you ask the adults up to help?
No! The show is for children only and grown-ups don’t like being asked up.
*How soon can I book you?
Book Magic Stu as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
*Do you have Full Public Liability Insurance, can you provide this?
